Processing payments with your existing merchant account

Your account can capture and store your customers' credit card information securely and you can bill your customers offline using your existing merchant account's terminal. 

Offline credit card capture is available to accounts with approval by our support team. For consumer safety reasons, the offline option is not available until the account is reviewed by our support team.  Here is the link to the request form for offline credit card processing:

Then, upon receipt of an order you must get the payment details and process the data manually. The system will not process or receive payments for you. Within your PrestoStore account, you can securely view the details of an order such as credit card information and payment address. 

Click on the ''Orders'' tab which will display the ''View Orders'' screen. While on the View Orders screen, you can view all credit card information by clicking on the ''View Order Details'' link for an order.

If you want each transaction to be processed automatically by your merchant account, you need what is called an "Internet payment gateway" installed on your merchant account. An "Internet payment gateway" allows you to connect your existing merchant account to a PrestoBiz service. This way, your customers' credit cards are billed online in real-time.
